As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by closely monitoring and controlling project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project control procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence to plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project changes, scope, and variations.
- Coordinate with sub-consultants and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on project control processes and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Documents controller.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the real estate development industry in the UAE.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
- Background in construction or engineering.
